Reviewly provides a software platform that helps local businesses request Google reviews from their customers via SMS.

3. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you send, obtaining consent from your customers to contact them, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam rules.

4. Payments and billing

Reviewly subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Limitation of liability

Reviewly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Reviewly after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
